RECA Kolkata offers three types of membership. Pick the one that matches your practice, check the fees and eligibility, then apply online below.

Type A

Individual Member

Real estate professionals applying in their personal capacity.

One-time induction feeRs. 12,000+ GST
Annual subscriptionRs. 6,500+ GST
Voting rightsBy only one member
Representation1 representative

Eligibility criteria

  • Trade license for the last 2 years
  • PAN Card
  • Address proof
  • GST registration (if applicable)
  • RERA registration
  • 2 references from RECA Kolkata members

Proposer must be a member for at least 3 years; seconder for at least 2 years.

Associate Member

Individuals and corporates from allied real estate industries.
